Your First Visit

Patient Forms

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will  welcome you as a member of our family.  We will request that you complete our  patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Health Screening and Consultation

Next, you will have a complimentary health screening with the doctors to determine if chiropractic may be able to help you and if you should procede with a comprehensive consultation, history and examination.  The doctors will discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Brodeur to learn more about you, your condition, and  expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.

Examination

After your consultation, the doctors will perform a complete chiropractic neurospinal examination utilizing the latest technology, the Insight Discovery. These tests are non invasive and include thermography, SEmg, range of motion, pain asessment, and heart rate variability providing s with a Neuro Spinal Functional Index Report and score (NSFI). Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests may be performed as well as body composition and BMI. However, nothing  will be done in our office  without your consent. X-Ray Studies

Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop  the most effective care plan for you, and alert us of  any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.

 Upon completion of your initial visit to our office we will schedule your follow up with the doctor for your Report of Findings and Care Plan recommendations. These first two visits are some of the most important time that the doctor will spend with you. Our hope and prayer for each new patient we welcome into our practice is that we can help them achieve their health goals while building a long and healthy relationship.
